The Hole In The Road by Reece and Kye

On one late night David and Mike saw on the news a comet was landing near the local area. "wow" exclaimed David they both stared out of the window wondering if they could see it, however they had no luck trying to find it so they both went to bed. In the morning they both wonded if the comet was real or just a dream so Mike asked
" Was the comet real or was it a dream?"
"Well lets find out." Announced David
So Mike and David set of to find the comet to see if it was real or fake. They searched around the neighbourhood until they saw a crowd gavering around, they shoved there way to the front to see a massive hole in the road!

Suddenly David tripped then Mike tried to save him but fell to! While falling Mike grabed onto a ledge and David hung on to Mike's leg. Luckily they were able to pull em self up them they noticed that they were miles underground...

They shouted for help but no on could her them " were going to be stuck forever" wimpederd Mike however David had hope and tryed to figure a way out. They looked around but there was nothing but blackness.

Then they looked down and saw a light Mike asked David "Do you think that's the comet?"
David replied "lets find out!!"
So David and Mike set of on the journey of there lives. They made there way down using vines about 1 hour later they reached the bottom and then found it wasn't the comet it was a torch...

They picked up the torch and iluminated the area to see a corridor of torches they both got creeped out, they creeped slowly down the corridor to see a metal door. They didn't know what to think if there someone down here all this time or thats history. They opened the door to peek threw to see a underground shelter from hundreds of years ago. "I wonder if anyone is down here?" asked David.
" dought it" thought Mike.
They looked around brushing bugs of there tattered clothes.

Then they walked further and further and as they did light started to appear both of em peeked around the corner to see a lovely nice dinner set out on the dinner table the watched as they heard a noise so they waited to see what it was then a fully grown man came out of the door way...

They were in horror wondering how he got here they dear won't move they were in terror the man was staring at them with a grin on his face.
"you want dinner are you hungry?"    
Mike and David were in shock they didn't know what to say should they agree or disagree?

    One time a go in the desert there was a horrer ball storm wich whiped out the whole entire place and left a hole in the ground.
   Years later people started to billed a town were the hole was and they yoused the hole for a wishing well in till one day a brave man desieded to go down the hole.
He got the town to tie a rope aroud him and hold it titely so the man started to go down.
people fort he was crazy but he new that it was a good idear.
 He was half way down and suddenley he herd a loud souned coming from the bottem of the hole 'it sounded like a bomb going of .
wen he got to the bottom of the hole he saw a chest with a stacho of a lion right next to the chest  wen he opened the chest it was filled with jems and sand bricks and on the wall there  was a lever he fort it was a way out so he pulled the lever and thousands of sand filled the hole and wiped out the town.
 He dint no that was to reales the all of the sand from the past.

Once there was an plane street just like evry other street.Untill a bilder came and made a tiny hole in the road wich cracked, parts came crumbling of.By the end of the week the tiny hole was as titanic as a car.so the boss of the town came and called a hole lot of bilders to come and fix the problem so they came.two days later a boy came, who was called Tommy, who was intresed and went past the safty fence and fell strait in to the hole...


He woke up on a horse and a cart heding to london,he was looking around to trie to guess were he was and what day it was so he asked the man driving. He said ''1989 wednesday and 3pm sir.''So they went riding agian tommy not nowing he was a million air and very famous becuase he was the best footballer and he was the ungest perfeshanal . He only just remerd  only rich people had 12 hourses and a golden carige. He was now at his home eating lots of ribs when he achally woke up he relised he was driming and he was achally at home resting becuase a bilder saw him unconstush lieing in the hole so he got took home to wake up!

We are going to write a story based on John Dougherty's idea of The Hole In The Road. It will be great to see how many different story ideas we can come up with. John has said he will look at the stories and choose his favourites!

Top Gear Awesome Adventures, South America by Top Gear

Top Gear

Is an amazing book I have seen the show it is so good and you should read this book it will amaze you with stuff and intresting fact's about south america as well as about ther car's that they are stuck with there 4X4 jeeps that are second hand so they could break down  alot more then a new car would and they have to battle it out to get to the other end still alive it is just so awesome

I would recormend it for anyone who likes cars
